Important: for this role we are looking for someone who will work exclusively at one of our biggest clients, Cliq Digital for at least 12 months. For Cliq Digital we are creating an online streaming platform named Cliq.de (https://cliq.de/). At Cliq.de we work with multiple scrum teams on a continuous basis on the design & development of the online streaming platform. The platform was launched in Germany in December 2022 and the goal is to role it out in several more countries over time.

Your profile

We are seeking a UX designer who will push boundaries, help elevate design standards, and make a strong impact on the quality of our work.

In the past 5-7 years you have mainly been involved in designing smart and innovative UX for great websites, platforms and apps; digital design is in your DNA. With your knowledge and experience in the field of UX, UX concepting and doing research you are able to reach the highest possible results. Your appetite for complex challenges drives you to create awesome products that combine aesthetics and functionality.

As a UX designer you will work with a cross-functional team to discover, define and deliver experiences that empower users. You will have the opportunity to impact the product and the organization in a meaningful way.

We are looking for you if you...

• Are enthusiastic about UX and digital design
• Have a passion for elevating user experiences, problem-solving and clear design systems
• Deeply understand user needs and take the user’s perspective to explore solutions from multiple directions
• Are proactive, have an eye for details but also the ability to always think 3 steps ahead
• Have strong conceptual skills to design for complex scenarios
• Love to visualize concepts and ideas (in appealing screens), and can communicate (and advocate!) them clearly to the team and other stakeholders
• Prioritize quality and you’re eager to raise the bar!
• Have a continuous drive to grow and develop yourself and the team
• You always want to be better than yesterday

The basics:

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience
• Have a strong and high-quality UX / digital portfolio, with an eye for design
• The way you think is creative, intuitive and bold
• Maintain the balance between strong design, innovation and business goals
• You are a Figma guru and love to setup a good design system
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile methodology
• A high level of verbal and written communication in English (Dutch is a big plus)
• You proudly bring your energy and sense of humor
• Previous experience with product UX design is a big plus

The bonuses:

• Experience in large & complex content platforms
• Knowledge of (rapid) prototyping and animation
• Love of music (a good Spotify playlist is always a plus)
