We are seeking a UX/Product designer who will push boundaries, help us to elevate our design standards and make a strong impact on the quality of our work.

In the past 5-7 years you have mainly been involved in designing smart and innovative UX for digital products. Digital design is in your DNA. With your knowledge and experience in the field of UX, UX concepting and doing research you are able to reach the highest possible results.

As a UX/product designer you will work with a cross-functional team to discover, define and deliver experiences that empower the users. You will have the opportunity to impact the product and the organization in a meaningful way.

We are looking for you if you...

• Are enthusiastic about UX and digital design in general
• Have a passion for problem-solving and system design
• Deeply understand user needs and take the user’s perspective and explore solutions from multiple directions
• Strong conceptual skills to design for complex scenarios
• You need to be a strategic (sparrings)partner for the Product Owner
• Are able to visualize concepts and ideas, and communicate them clearly
• Assist in story and requirement definition
• Collaborate with others designers across the organization
• Continuously rase the quality bar
• Continuous drive to grow and develop yourself and the team

The basics:

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience
• Operating on a level of Professional education (HBO)
• Have a strong and high quality (digital) portfolio
• Eye for visual design
• Have the ability to think creatively
• Maintain the balance between strong design, innovation and business goals
• Figma King/Queen: it has is no secrets for you and you like it organized
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile methodology
• Speak native or fluently English and Dutch
• Sense of humor
